TLV62130RGTR step-down converter

TLV62130RGTR is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC-DC converter. With a wide operating input voltage range of 3V to 17V, TLV62130RGTR is very suitable for systems powered by lithium-ion batteries or other batteries and a 12V intermediate power rail. It supports a continuous output current up to 3A, and the output voltage is 0.9V to 5.5V (100% duty cycle mode). In power saving mode, TLV62130RGTR draws approximately 19 µA of quiescent current from V IN. In shutdown mode, TLV62130RGTR is turned off and the shutdown current consumption is less than 2 µA. The TLV62130RGTR is available in a 16-pin VQFN package with a size of 3 mm * 3 mm (RGT).
