IR2125PBF

IR2125PBF is a 1-channel high-voltage high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with over-current limit protection circuit. Logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output and logic as low as 2.5V. The protection circuit detects the overcurrent in the driving power transistor and limits the gate driving voltage. The cycle-by-cycle shutdown is programmed by an external capacitor, which directly controls the time interval between detecting an overcurrent limit condition and latching shutdown.
